The trade magazine SERVICE TODAY is published by the Service Association KVD e.V. based in Dorsten and published by ISB-Verlag, Waltrop. The trade magazine for decision makers from service, marketing, logistics and technology has existed for 30 years on the market and provides information on management, organization and practice in service, technical trends and their economic and organizational impact on training and staff management, about people, products and companies in the service sector.

The SERVICE TODAY is published five times a year and reaches a third-party audited circulation of currently 3,650 copies (IVW exam, Stand Q3 2016) is a multiple of qualified readers more: the customer service manager through the service manager to expert in spare parts management, logistics, product support, business support and in all areas of after-sales business.
